What is Documentary Style?

“Documentary Style” family photography likely means different things to different people. To me, it means that the goal of our session is not to create a perfect photo; the goal is to document your life as it is in this moment. We will capture the moments that feel ordinary now, but will feel profound as memories to reflect on in years to come. I won’t ask you to pose, act, or change. I only ask that you allow me to witness your family as you truly are, and to create something beautiful from it.
